Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maria (Mita) Partoza, conducted an unannounced inspection visit for case management - deficiencies and met with designated administrator (DADM) Alexandria Jaurique and stated the purpose of the visit.
The visit is to clear the deficiency that was cited on 12/8/25 based on California Code of Regulation Title 22:
80087 (g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons, firearms and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to clients shall be stored where inaccessible to clients. LPA observed cleaning solutions are locked and not accessible to residents in care.
80088 (e) Faucets used by clients for personal care such as shaving and grooming shall deliver hot water. (1) Hot water temperature controls shall be maintained to automatically regulate temperature of hot water delivered to plumbing fixtures used by clients to attain a hot water temperature of not less than 105 degrees F (40.5 degrees C) and not more than 120 degrees F (48.8 degrees C). During today's visit LPA measured the water temperature in the kitchen and bathroom and measured with a digital thermometer at 115.4 degree F which complies with CCR Title 22.
