Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year visit and met with Catherine Koen.

During visit, LPA Marrufo toured the inside and outside of the facility. LPA Marrufo toured the facility bathroom and observed there to be available soap, paper towels, and hand washing posters. LPA Marrufo observed the kitchen area and pantry, and observed there to be a perishable food supply of at least 2 days and a non-perishable food supply of at least 7 days. LPA Marrufo observed there to be a visitor screening area at the entrance. The facility outdoor exits were clear of obstructions.

No deficiencies were cited during visit as per California Code of Regulations Title 22.
