Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year visit and met with Ernie Manaois.

During visit, LPA Marrufo toured the inside and outside of the facility. LPA Marrufo observed there to be a visitor screening area. The facility had a 2 day supply of perishable food and a 7 day supply of non-perishable food. The facility had a PPE supply of 30 days. The facility bathroom had available soap, paper towels, and a hand washing poster. The outdoor area was toured and the backyard ramp was observed to have loose floor boards.

No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22.
