Licensing Program Analyst Manuel Monter conducted a POC case management visit to clear deficiencies cited on June 19,2026. LPA met with Administrator Joyceline Bul-lalayao via telephone and explained the purpose of the visit. ADM stated Staff Marietta Boboraya could sign on her behalf.

LPA received plan of corrections for type A deficiency by POC due date. Deficiency cleared during todays visit. POC cleared letter provided to ADM.
No deficiency was cited during todays visit. This report was reviewed with Administrator Joyceline Bul-lalayao. A copy of this report was provided.
