Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an Case Management visit and met with Salvacion Bacho.
During visit, LPA Marrufo toured the inside and outside of the facility. The facility entrance had a visitor screening area. There was a 30-day supply of PPEs. There was a perishable food supply of at least 2 days and a non-perishable food supply of at least 7 days. The facility hallway bathroom had available soap, paper towels, and hand washing signs. The outdoor exits were clear of obstructions.
No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22.
