Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maria (Mita) Partoza, conducted an unannounced inspection visit for case management - deficiencies and met with administrator (ADM) Joelito Pongyan and stated the purpose of the visit. LPA was greeted by two staff and was able to reach ADM.

The visit is to clear the deficiency that was cited on 11/05/2025, for the hot water temperature during annual inspection based on California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22:

80088 Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment, and Supplies (e) Faucets used by clients for personal care such as shaving and grooming shall deliver hot water. (1) Hot water temperature controls shall be maintained to automatically regulate temperature of hot water delivered to plumbing fixtures used by clients to attain a hot water temperature of not less than 105 degrees F (40.5 degrees C) and not more than 120 degrees F (48.8 degrees C).

During today's visit LPA measured the water temperature in the kitchen and bathroom and measured with a digital thermometer at 119.4 degree F and 119.6 degree F which complies with CCR Title 22.

No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. An exit interview was conducted with ADM Joelito Pongyan. A copy of the report and POC letter was provided to ADM.
