On March 11, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst Manuel Monter conducted an unannounced case management -other visit to follow up on the pending fire clearance. LPA met with Administrator Shujen Collado.
LPA toured the construction project in the office room of the facility. LPA asked the status of the current remodel.
LPA spoke to Licensee Corey who confirmed the fire department conducted there inspection 2 weeks ago. Licensee stated he would send a copy to LPA.
No deficiencies cited. This report was reviewed with Administrator Shujen Collado. A copy of the report was provided.
