Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required - 1 Year visit and met with Renee Sabankaya.

During visit, LPA Marrufo toured the ground floor and upper floor of the facility. LPA Marrufo observed there to be a visitor screening area at the entrance. LPA Marrufo observed there to be a PPE supply of at least 30 days. LPA Marrufo observed 3 out of 3 resident bathrooms, and each bathroom had available soap and paper towels. LPA Marrufo observed the dinning area, kitchen area, and cleaning supply room.

No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22.
