Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year visit and met with Abdullah and Fatemeh Kaykha.

During visit, LPA Marrufo toured the facility inside and out. LPA Marrufo observed the visitor screening area. LPA toured the living room area, kitchen area, garage, hallways, and three out of three resident bedrooms. LPA Marrufo observed two out of two resident bathrooms had hand washing signs and available soap and paper towels. LPA observed a PPE supply of at least 30 days. LPA Marrufo observed a perishable food supply of at least 3 days and a non-perishable food supply of at least 7 days.

LPA Marrufo observed the outdoor area and observed it to be free of obstructions.

No deficiencies were cited as per California Code of Regulations Title 22.
