The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year visit and met with Administrator Doris Lee.

During visit, LPA Marrufo toured the facility inside and out. LPA Marrufo observed the facility to have a visitor screening area. The visitor bathrooms had available soap and paper towels and a hand washing sign. LPA Marrufo observed the food supplies to include a perishable food supply of at least 2 days and a non-perishable food supply of at least 7 days. LPA Marrufo observed a 30-day supply of PPEs.

No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. This report was reviewed with Administrator Doris Lee and a copy of the report was provided.
