Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christine Dolores arrived unannounced to conduct a case management - other visit. LPA met with Administrator (ADM) Mark Castillo.
The purpose of the visit is to amend the deficiency page and add a citation for complaint control 26-AS-20231114122959 . Administrator was provided the amended LIC9099-D and LIC421IM. Appeal rights was provided.
