Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Case Management visit and met with Angelica Suud, Program Manager (PM).
The purpose of the visit was to observed Bedroom #6, which had received an updated fire clearance for 3 clients and beds, up from 2.
During visit, LPA Marrufo observed Bedroom #6. Bedroom #6 had three beds, with one of the beds currently not in use. LPA observed there to be three night stands in the bedroom. Each bedframe had drawers underneath them. The bedroom had two closets. PM stated that when the third resident is admitted, the third resident will share space in each closet.
During visit, LPA was able to walk through the shared floor space and reach each bed and the exit without obstructions. The bedroom had working lights and had a smoke detector connected to the centralized smoke detection system.
No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. This report was reviewed with Program Manager Angelica Suud and a copy of this report was provided.
