On 01/16/26 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marcela Yanez conducted an unannounced complaint investigation visit to amend the complaint delivered on 12/30/25 (26-AS-20241017082303 ) and met with Executive Director (ED) Meghian Geul and announced the purpose of the visit.

No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. This report was reviewed with Executive Director Meghian Geul and a copy of the report was provided.
