Licensing Program Analyst Manuel Monter conducted an unannounced case management to amend a Complaint investigation, LIC9099, LIC9099-C issued on July 24, 2025. LPA met with Administrator Mary Grace Lazaro explained the purpose of the visit.
The complaint investigation closed on July 24, 2025 is being amended and re-opened due to new information provided to the Department.
