Licensing Program Analyst Manuel Monter conducted an unannounced case management to amend a complaint investigation deficiency page, LIC9099-D issued on January, 22, 2024.( 26-AS-20230404163203) LPA met with Residential Living Director Sandy Mirasol.

The deficiency page is being amended due to citing the incorrect deficiency. LPA printed out a copy of the amended report. LPA requested Residential Living Director resend POC, with updated code section.

No deficiencies cited during todays visit. A copy of the report was provided to Residential Living Director Sandy Mirasol.
