Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required 1 Year visit and met with Administrator (ADM) Abraham Longoria.

During visit, ADM stated there are no residents currently admitted to the facility.

LPA toured the facility inside and out. LPA toured four out of four resident bedrooms. Each bedroom had working lights and available bedding and clothing storage. LPA tested the smoke detection system and it functioned properly when tested. LPA tested the carbon monoxide detector and it functioned properly when tested. LPA toured the kitchen area and outdoor area. The outdoor exits were clear of obstructions. The facility bathroom had working lights and available soap and paper towels. The water temperature in the bathroom measured 109 F.

No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. This report was reviewed with Administrator Abraham Longoria and a copy of this report was provided.
