Licensing Program Analyst Manuel Monter conducted an unannounced case management to amend a Complaint investigation, LIC9099 and LIC9099-D issued on August 22, 2025 . LPA met with Administrator Bradley Burgoyne explained the purpose of the visit.
The complaint investigation closed on August 22, 2025 is being amended and re-opened due to new information provided to the Department.
