On 06/02/26, Home Care Services Branch Enforcement Analyst (EA) Yolanda Hankerson met with business owner Tom Nelson to discuss the above allegation.

Mr. Nelson was cooperative and provided all requested documentation.After reveiw of documentation, interveiw, and conducting an investigation.The above allegation is unsubstantiated.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.Enforcement Analyst (EA) Yolanda Hankerson was greeted by Office Staff Markel and met with Licensee Tom Nelson.
