Facility Evaluation Report

In conjunction with control number for 29-AS-20251006081316 complaint visit, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rankin and Tri Counties Regional Center (TCRC) Quality Assurance Specialist Wesley Marking (QAS) conducted an unannounced CASE MANAGEMENT - Deficiencies visit to issue a report for an observed deficiency not related to the complaint.

During visit LPA conducted a tour, noted that items such as knives, gardening tools, and chemicals that could pose a potential safety hazard were left unlocked.

Per the California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8, the following deficiency was observed and cited (Refer to LIC 809-D).

Exit interview conducted, appeal rights given, and a copy of this report was issued.
