Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rankin arrived unannounced to conduct a one year required annual visit. LPA rang the doorbell, spoke briefly with Administrator who was headed to the emergency room. LPA obtained Administrators current cell phone number and an emergency contact number.
LPA will return at a later date to continue the annual visit.
