Analyst, Ramsey Chimienti spoke with Designee, Shannon Workman, to deliver the findings of the above complaint allegations. Based on interviews and evidence obtained on 4/24/2023, the Analyst concluded that there was not conclusive evidence to substantiate the allegation of the Home Care Organization (HCO) has or is currently: 1) Providing Medical Services. Based on the preponderance of evidence gathered through interviews conducted, evidence obtained and observations, the above allegations were found to be unsubstantiated.
