On January 30, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Komal Curley conducted an unannounced case management visit. LPA met with Acting Administrator, Nick Catalano and explained the purpose of the visit.
During the visit, LPA delivered a copy of amended LIC9099 for a complaint report that was initially issued on January 8, 2026.
Report was reviewed with Acting Administrator, Nick Catalano and a copy is provided.
