Licensee and LPA conducted a full tour of the facility. This facility is a single-story residential home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, family room, kitchen, and dining area. There is a laundry room and a garage. LPA observed a magnetic locking cabinet in the laundry room that stores the facilities chemicals. There is an accessory dwelling unit(ADU) at the front of the facility. All persons who reside in the facility have a current clearance or are under the age of 18, with the exception of the client. LPA observed wired smoke detectors in each room throughout the facility and a carbon monoxide detector in the hallway that was tested and functioning correctly. LPA observed a fire extinguisher near the kitchen that was tagged current and in the green compression range, purchased on 4/26/2025. LPA tested facility hot water at 109*(f), within regulation temperatures 105*-120* (f). LPA observed at least two days of perishable and at least seven days of non-perishable foods on hand. LPA noted that the facility is clean and in good repair with no obstructions in hallways, doorways or exits. LPA noted that the single client that resides at the facility has been in care of this licensee for 34 years. LPA noted that the one client is not prescribed medication. LPA conducted a staff and resident file review.
