Facility Evaluation Report

AT 10:00am on 08/08/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeffries arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct the annual inspection and annual care tools modules. LPA met with Licensee, Jennifer Gallagher announced who he was and the reason for the visit.

Licensee and LPA conducted a cursory tour of the facility. This is a single family home with two client bedrooms one single occupancy, the other one is double occupancy. with a total of 6 bedrooms. The facility recently (07/28/2023) had an updated fire clearance approved by Paso Robles fire Department. The new addition is a upstairs two bedroom with a kitchenette. LPA noted that Licensee stated that clients or daughter may occupy upstairs rooms at a later date. LPA inspected all rooms of the facility which all meet CCLD regulations standards. LPA noted that there were two observed fire extinguishers both tagged and in the green. LPA noted that every room had working smoke detectors that were hard wired and 4 working carbon monoxcide detectores througout the facility. LPA noted that all doors, walkways were free and clear of obstruction. LPA noted that there is at least 2 days of parishable foods and at least 7 days of non prishable foods in the kitchen, as well as an emgergency supply of food and water located in the garage. LPA conducted a cursory medication audit, all medications are bubble packed and centrally stored medication logs are current and accurate. LPA noted that the facility is clean and in good repair. LPA noted that Licensee is current wiht CPR and First Aide and all trainings are current. LPA noted that all sharps, chemicals are locked and secured. LPA noted that they did not find any violations, citations, or technicals during the annual physical plant inspection at this time.

Licensee and LPA conducted the annual infection contraol modules and found not citations, violations, or technicals at this time. This annual inspection did not find any difficancies.
