Complaint Investigation Report

On the allegation: Staff threatened resident in care. LPA interviewed staff and residents which revealed back in 2020 they did have some staff that were not very professional in dealing with residents, some staff would be dismissive to some of the residents that would push their pendants regularly for help. Interviews also revealed that some staff were let go. Based on the evidence this allegation is Substantiated at this time.
