Facility Evaluation Report

On 2/9/23 at 10:48 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chavez conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to investigate an incident reported on 2/6/23. LPA met with Debbie Argano, Administrator, and Julia Renzaglia, Program Director, and informed of the reason for the visit. Also, in attendance was Miguel Magana, Quality Assurance Specialist, Tri-Counties Regional Center.

During the visit, LPA interviewed the administrator, staff, clients and witnesses, and requested the following documentation: Client roster, staff schedule and contact information, and transportation contact information. No deficiencies are being cited at this time. Further investigation is needed, and CCL will return at a later date to deliver final findings.
