Facility staff are not preventing residents from engaging in inappropriate behaviors towards other residents

On 09-19-25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kesha Lewis and Licensing program manager Liza King arrived unannounced to continue the complaint investigation for the allegations noted above. LPM/LPA met with the administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.

Based on interviews with the RP and andmistrator at the time of the first visit. The allegation facility staff are not preventing residents from engaging in inappropriate behaviors towards other residents is UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding of UNSUBSTANTIATED means that although the allegation may have happened. The preponderance of evidence does not prove it.
