On 07/02/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kesha Lewis arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit regarding late incident reports. LPA met with Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.
The department received six (6) incident reports that were passed the 10 day reporting period.
LPA Lewis reviewed training logs on reporting requirements all were up to date. Technical assistance was given.
