Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst, Noel Wolf Petersen, arrived to the facility to conduct a collateral visit as part of an investigation. LPA Met with administrator Joseph Contrares, to explain the purpose of the visit. Victor Learning center is a day program built from a Converted school, with a capacity of 140 and current census of 97, due to the half day nature of every other friday.

LPA Interviewed 4 of the 6 relevant clients, at the facility, documented on 812's. Of the two that remain one is nonverbal. Lpa interviewed the administrator for grievance policy and administrative complaints.
