Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson arrived unannounced to conduct an continued annual inspection.
The purpose of the follow-up or continued inspection was to confirm that the facility has corrected the advisories given and to observe the communication devices being used. The advisory was given for an outdated training for the communication device for R1.
The facility has corrected this and was observed actively using the devices for R1 and other consumer that use these tools.
