Facility Evaluation Report
On 7/11/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson conducted an unannounced annual visit. LPA met with Richanda Crandall and explained the purpose of the visit.
Today the facility was having a talent show. LPA inspected physical plant including but not limited to kitchen, bathrooms, activity areas and 2 vans used for transportation. LPA observed sufficient furniture and lighting throughout the facility. There is a double locked door securing the body of water present in the facility.
Hot water temperature was measured at 112 degrees Fahrenheit in male resident bathroom sink, which is within the required range of 105 to 120 degrees. Fire extinguishers are current and in compliance with fire safety.
Fire drill was conducted on 3/2025. Carbon dioxides monitor present. LPA reviewed 5 resident and 5 staff files, including criminal record clearances. All staff today are associated to the facility. First aid kit was checked and is complete.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22 Division 6, Chapter 8, No deficiencies were cited during this visit.
