Complaint Investigation Report

Based on interviews with administrator and staff and R1 there is not record of the accused even working or living in the facility. R1 was found to be a poor historian. Interviews were also conducted with the Stockton police department Sergeant Paul Bonnet and Aim Higher Day Program staff . The Department finds the allegations to be Unsubstantiated, meaning there was not a preponderance of evidence that the event occurred.

No Deficiencies are being cited as a result of today's visit.
