Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson arrived unannounced to conduct an annual inspection visit. LPA met with Licensee Maricor Junson and explained the purpose of the visit.

At this time, facility remains empty of clients. LPA conducted a physical tour of facility during today's visit. There is sufficient nonperishable and perishable food, potential clients bedrooms are furnished per Community Care Licensing (CCL) Regulation.

LPA observed clean good condition linen, ample hygiene supplies, and first aid certification, water temperature tested 114 degrees,

No citations issued as a result of today's visit. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee and a copy of this report was provided.
