Facility Evaluation Report
On 11-21-2025 at 1:30pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Bilger arrived at facility to conduct a re-inspection following construction modifications to the facility. LPA met with assistant administrator Sherry Camero and explained the purpose of the visit. Facility has completed construction updates. There are currently no clients living on the premises. LPA inspected the physical plant including but not limited to: Commons areas, kitchen areas, resident bedrooms, bathrooms, and outside of facility to ensure compliance with Title 22 regulations. LPA observed various modifications as noted on fire inspection approval and building permit approval, as well as facility sketch. Modifications included an updated accessory dwelling unit (ADU). LPA observed ADU to contain locking mechanism and working smoke detectors. ADU is not accessible to clients. ADU will be utilized by staff only. LPA observed resident rooms to have adequate furniture and furnishings. Kitchen area was updated with new cabinets, stove, and refrigerator. No obstructions to fire exits noted. New exit signs were observed on outside gates. New facility sketch was observed to match the above modifications. LPA observed approved fire clearance dated 6-6-2025, and building permit approval dated 3-4-2025. Both approvals note the above modifications.
At this time, facility is found to be in compliance with Title 22 regulations. No deficiencies noted. An exit interview was conducted with assistant administrator and a copy of this report was provided.
