The inspector’s account

“Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kesha Lewis made an announced visit on this day at approximately 1:00pm for the purpose of conducting an annual inspection. An annual inspection attempt was previously conducted on 01/11/2023. Administrator Certificate # 60044919735 expires 07/14/2023.

LPA Lewis met with JOHN ENUNWA , an observed the following

· Medications were observed to have a place to be locked up

· Hot water temperature measured 110 degrees.

Facility is not currently open at this time they are still awaiting approval from VMRC. LPA Observed there to be no clients at this time. There is no staff at this time.

There are no Health and Safety concerns at this time. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8, no deficiencies were observed during this visit. An exit interview was held, and a copy of the report was emailed to JOHN ENUNWA .
