Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Albert Johnson and Kesha Lewis conducted a case management visit to check the POC deficiencies that were cited on 2/15/2022.
LPAs met with Staff, LPAs toured the facility.
LPAs observed all deficiencies have been corrected. POC cleared on this date.
