Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson conducted a case management visit to check the POC deficiencies that were cited on 2/22/2022.
LPA met with Staff, LPA toured the facility.
LPA observed all deficiencies have been corrected. POC cleared on this date.
