The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Johnson made an unannounced visit on this day for the purpose of conducting a Case Management, Health and Safety visit. LPA met with E Beckwith and explained the purpose of the visit.

Present at time of visit were 15 clients and 5 staff. LPA inspected the interior and exterior of the facility. LPA verified that the facility had running water and electricity.

The facility has a substitute item for dinner this evening, but followed the menu for today's lunch.

LPA inspected food supplies and observed two days worth of perishable and seven days worth of non-perishable foods.

LPA did not observe any signs of financial distress. The facility has on the schedule shopping for this evening to purchase fruit and other perishable items.

An exit interview was conducted with and a copy of this report provided.
