Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson arrived unannounced to conduct a Case Management visit. LPA met with Tia Preston and stated the purpose of the visit which is to obtain additional information regarding the damage to the facility. Specifically the ceiling repair.
LPA was informed that the repairs have been made and the resident that was displaced was moved to another room and will return when the repairs are made.
Per the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 6, no violations were cited during this visit.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was given.
