Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson arrived to conduct an unannounced annual inspection on this date. LPA met with L. McGill explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA inspected the physical plant including but not limited to the kitchen, resident bedrooms, resident bathrooms, laundry area, and backyard area. LPA observed sufficient seven day non-perishable and two day perishable food supplies. Hot water temperature was measured at 118.5 degrees Fahrenheit in resident bathroom sink, which is within the required range of 105 to 120 degrees.
Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors is operational. LPA observed unlocked medication belonging to a parent of one of the residents. Toxins are kept locked and inaccessible to residents. LPA reviewed and compared resident medication vs. resident medication logs. LPA reviewed 3 resident and 2 staff file, including criminal record clearances. All staff are fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility. First aid kit was checked and is complete. Fire drill was conducted on 10/3/2025.
Deficiencies were cited per Title XXII and CCL regulations.
