Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson conducted a health and safety check on this day. LPA met with Staff.
Health and Safety check included food supply, physical plant and staffing. Based on this inspection/visit the facilities' grounds need attention. Advisories given for debris in the front of the facility and the front yard is overgrown and needs attention.
No deficiencies were cited, however, advisories were given.
