Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson arrived unannounced to conduct annual inspection. LPA met with Rashaud at the home. Currently there are no clients living in the home.
LPA toured the facility with Rashaud. LPA toured 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, common living spaces and the outdoor area.
In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were observed at the time of the visit.
