On 4/21/26 at 10:00am, the regional office conducted an informal meeting with the facility to discuss current modifications to the facility as well as updates to the the program design.
This meeting was held virtually via Teams Meeting. Present at the meeting were: Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Lisa Rios, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson, and Administrators for the facility.
