Residents needs are not being met due to a lack of staff.

On 02-07-25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kesha Lewis arrived unannounced to interview residents of the facility. LPA met with interim administrator James Hall and explained the purpose of the visit.

LPA Lewis interviwed Residents R1-R5. LPA was informed facility has added rolls to support residents.

Per California Code of Regulations (CCRs) - Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8, no deficiencies cited.
