Complaint Investigation Report

The allegation of inappropriate interactions between clients in care was not supported due to the signed documentation provided that allowed residents to leave the facility with staff.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview completed and a copy of report provided.
