Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Enforcement Analyst (EA) Yolanda Hankerson arrived at the Home Care Organization (HCO) location during established business operating hours; however, the office was closed and no staff were present. EA contacted HCO by phone, spoke with Licensee Paige Miller. EA Hankerson asked for her or Preston Miller to come to location. Licensee indicated they were unable to come to the location. They could meet the next day. The appointment was set.

The visit was conducted as scheduled attempted visit and cited due to the HCO’s unavailability during business hours. The report was completed and sent via email to the licensee/designee for review and signature.
