On 1/2/2025, Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) John Calandra arrived at the facility at 9:00 AM to deliver an amended report for a Case Management visit regarding a self reported incident received by the Department on 8/29/2024. The LPA Calandra met with Hailey Coston, Counselor and Dana Gatian, Acting Program Director.
An exit interview was conducted. A copy of the report was left at the facility.
