Complaint Investigation Report

During today visit, LPAs toured the HR Coordinator's office and observed the office was locked and all the file cabinets were locked as well. After review, this allegation is unsubstantiated.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

This report was reviewed and discussed with HR Director and CEO.
