On 11/19/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Mknelly and LPM Troy Ordonez, conducted a case management visit and met with licensee .
The visit was to discuss a closure plan. Placer County client services practitioner was present as well.
Client statuses and placement needs were discussed.
Additional resources will be explored. LPA will conduct a follow-up visit next week.
As a result of today’s inspection, no deficiencies were noted.
