Facility Evaluation Report
On 1/21/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Mknelly arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a Annual Inspection utilizing the CARE inspection tool. LPA met with the licensee and explained the purpose of the visit. Caregivers informed licensee of the inspection. Administrator and Licensee arrived to assist.
LPA toured the interior and exterior of the facility together with staff to ensure health and safety of residents in care. Areas toured include but are not limited to: common areas, resident bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and backyard. In the areas toured no immediate health, safety, or personal rights violations were observed. The home is clean and well maintained. Resident care needs appear to be met by 2 staff for 5 residents.
Licensee and LPA discussed several topics for which the licensee stated knowledge of current requirements.
LPA reviewed 2 resident files and 2 staff files. Files are complete and up to date. Resident home health care corroboration is documented. Staff files are complete and staff have required annual training.
No deficiencies are being cited as a result of todays inspection.
